Both representative and installer were pleasant and polite. There was no pressure to buy the product but an excellent explanation and sample of the goods. Installation was done quickly and cleanly by a friendly and polite young man. Telephone contact was also efficient and human! The product itself is excellent, of pleasing discreet appearance, letting in the light but keeping out glare, and ensuring privacy. We would recommend this company, (and indeed already have) and their products.
