Greg was a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman, promoted the product well and was not pushy. When I rang him later to confirm everything ran smoothly, especially the arrival of Martin who came to take full measurements.

Martin filled in any gaps and was reassuring about potential concerns. He was extremely flexible and was able to give me a date far earlier than I expected as he would also be coming back to fit the blinds. Everything about the fitting was excellent, Martin did an amazing job and was informative and friendly. Before he left I knew everything I needed to use my blinds and also knew where to go if I had any concerns.

hat can I say about the conservatory roof blinds? They’re amazing and look beautiful and elegant. I doubt that we will retract them very often as the room isn’t noticeably darkened but we have lost all the annoying glare! We have yet to experience the effect of their help with excessive summer heat and winter heat loss through glass.
