I called and asked for a quote, I was called within 2 days and a visit was arranged. Craig (the estimator and fitter) told me he could visit a few days later to give me a quote and would call me when he'd left his last job which he did. He was prompt, polite and thorough answering all our questions and concerns regarding the awkward shape of our roof. There was also no hard selling techniques unlike another leading company who had quoted us a week before.

Our blinds were installed yesterday and look fabulous. Again Craig called ahead to let us know when to expect him and the blinds were fitted without fuss or problems – we are extremely happy with them.
