Mr T, Bungay

Steve was very hard-working and meticulous and must have been tired by the end of the day (6:00 p.m.) but he didn’t let it show. He was very easy to get on with as he and we had similar thoughts and sense of humour. He was a credit to Conservatory Blinds Ltd. And made the whole day so easy for us to cope with.

He had a broad and deep knowledge of his work and the materials he was working with and explained why he did things the way he did. When he first called to see us he was very relaxed and thorough with his explanation of ‘what it was all about’ and put absolutely no pressure on us.
