We have been looking to have blinds for our conservatory for some time but it's difficult to find a company who maintain the customer service values, when my partner advised me that he had arranged a consultation with yourselves I was open minded, however when the gentleman arrived my initial impression was favourable and he instilled confidence in us that we were directing our business to a professional company, the gentleman explained all products and the pros and cons of each fabric, he understood our requirements perfectly and we made a decision on the day to place an order, the gentleman was not pushy and indeed advised us to consider all options before arriving at a decision.

As we felt confident that we were dealing with a reputable company we placed the order, we were kept informed as to when installation would be done and this was scheduled for 29th November.

Prior to this date 2 gentlemen (Lee & Steve) arrived to confirm measurements and confirmed the date for fitting, it was reassuring to know that these gentlemen would follow the order through, rather than having several people involved.

On 29th November they arrived at specified time and did a fantastic job, no messing around and worked effortlessly, interpersonal skills were unquestionable and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others, in these days where good companies are hard to find, you can rest assured you have little or no competition in how you deliver your products, thank you to all of your team, an effortless experience from our point of view, other companies could learn from how you conduct business and the customer experience.
