I thought I would write a few lines to give all of your staff a big thank you from two very satisfied and grateful clients.

We had looked at all the leading and well known conservatory blind manufacturers in this country and the more we looked, the more we realised the attention to detail that your company pays to how the blinds look and perform is exactly what we were looking for.

We also are people that like to see what we are buying before we commit to buying. It quickly became apparent that you were the only people who have a showroom where we could view the various products. Most other companies only send their representative to your home with samples of their products. That was not ideal for us.

Fortunately for us your blinds appeared to be precision made, looked impressive and you have a showroom so that we could see what we are buying.

Having spoken to your head office we decided to visit the small showroom at Ewell and then drive on to the main showroom at Ashford on the same day. The visits proved fruitful and very valuable for us. At Ashford we were welcomed by Sean who showed us what we wanted to see and gave us a comprehensive tour explaining all the detail that goes into the manufacture of their blinds.

This led to a visit by Greg Hall who brought samples and working models of what we were interested in and again explained everything perfectly. This led to us placing the order and a subsequent visit by Martin Carroll who surveyed and would also fit the blinds.

Everything went to plan and Martin fitted them perfectly with his attention to detail becoming apparent on completion. We have now lived with our new blinds for several weeks and have benefitted as the sun has been out gloriously so far this year. Had it not been for the blinds the UV degradation to our suite would have been speeded up with the strong sunlight that we have had this year so far.

We are very happy with our blinds and would whole heartedly recommend Conservatory Blinds Ltd to anyone thinking about installing them. From start to finish you are a brilliant team.

I've been very pleased with the blinds, right from the initial survey, through to the fitting and use. Being electric, it's easy to open and close each day, and it's remarkable that the motors etc., fit so well that you don't know they are there. A really neat finish!

They make the conservatory usable all year round by keeping out the harsh sun in summer, and making the conservatory much more cosy in winter. I wish I'd had them fitted when I first had the conservatory built as they have transformed the usefulness of the space.

After having many different companies coming to give us quotes and all quite pushy and not actually giving us the information we really needed, as we had only just had conservatory built it was all new to us and very confusing.

Paul the company representative got in touch with us and booked an appointment. What a breath of fresh air - was not pushy, just really informative, going through all the most important info we needed to get the best from our conservatory and blinds.

The shaping on the roof blinds was something we had not thought of and as we get a lot of sunlight in the conservatory was really important, none of the other companies had spoken about this (because Conservatory Blinds Limited are in fact the only company that offer this), as were the disposal of the dreaded bugs and flies, the quick release on the blinds for cleaning is fab. Also, my grandson is disabled and is fascinated with strings etc and has wrecked his mums blinds twice over, so Paul showed us the perfect fit... problem solved. Every question we had Paul gave us good concise answers.

After showing us a great selection of blinds, colours and fabrics, we decided on the perfect fit and decided on the colour.

Last week we had the blinds fitted - the fitter was an absolute star, a great job done and only took a few hours to complete.

We are over the moon with them and have had loads of compliments already. They look amazing and have made such a difference; feels warmer already without the heating on, and because of the materials used Paul informed us they will also keep the conservatory cool in summer.

Conservatory blinds Limited are not the cheapest or actually the most expensive company we had quotes from, but if you want good quality blinds, and great workmanship then look no further.

This company don't do the hard sell, they don't need to - the product and the workmanship do the selling. And of course the reputation of this family owned company. We would have no hesitations about recommending Conservatory Blind Limited to our family and friends.

Process from start to finish was very good. The initial quote was comparable and the salesman did not "put down" other companies which was refreshing as concentrated on own products.

On the day of fitting the fitter was late - not his fault as a huge hole had appeared in M25 and he had to take an alternative route. The office kept me informed as to his arrival. Fitter was tidy and clear explanation given as to how the roof blind worked, cleaning process and so on. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering blinds!

I just wanted to contact you to commend your excellent service today. We bought conservatory blinds in August last year and were delighted with them. Unfortunately, the family dog damaged one of the door blinds at the weekend. I tried in vain to repair them, and we were resigned to buying a replacement.

Having had an excellent Hip Roofed Conservatory built, very recently, by Amberwood of Aldermaston, my wife and I decided that we would invest in roof blinds.

We approached two organisations that advertise nationally and also leaflet drop. Meetings were held at which each company made its sale pitch. Neither company's presentation gave us the feeling that their end product would be good value for money - and important factor in the present economic climate. I decided to Google conservatory blinds and a number of alternatives were forthcoming. After reading the contents of the websites, I picked up the telephone and made an appointment for a meeting with one of your representatives.

Greg visited our house, viewed the conservatory in detail and gave a very comprehensive review of alternative methods of satisfying our objective. He had a total understanding of the market and, more important, your competitors' products. he submitted his proposal together with a quotation. After he left, we considered the alternative treatments of prices, and reached the decision to proceed with your company.

We were told that a surveyor would visit the house to undertake the measuring of all the proposed blinds and, more importantly, he would also be responsible for the subsequent installation. A particularly interesting point - no question of blaming a colleague for a bad fit!

Martin was the appointed surveyor/installer. Last Wednesday, the blinds were installed and he is to be commended for both his accuracy in measuring and in fitting. The finished project is excellent and we are very pleased that we decided to use your company, following Greg's presentation, and that Martin did the precision work. We would like you to pass on our thanks for the excellent advice regarding the choice of pattern for the fabric. My wife liked the dark green stripe but you suggested that it might be too dark under such a large blind. We looked at further patterns and decided on a very light pastel colour combination.

After the blind was fitted, by your extremely knowledgeable fitters, we could see that you were right about the colours. The amount of light under the awning was more than under my neighbour's similar sized awning with a dark pattern.
