I am so glad I chose Conservatory Blinds to do my windows.

The whole experience has been a highlight for me as my husband is very ill in hospital and I needed something to lift me out of the gloom. Your staff did just that, starting with Aaron who caught on and understood immediately what I would like and showed me some beautiful blinds. He obviously loves what he does and is quite passionate about the quality of the blinds he sells. He did it in the best salesman way in that I didn’t feel I was being ‘sold’ to.

The next visit was from Ryan, equally passionate in his work, proud of the company he works for and it was a joy to meet people who not only love their job, they were good at it and the results are beautiful.

I should explain that my job, before I retired was a recruiter which I did for 45 years. I also loved my job, but I met so many people over those years who I felt very sorry for and they never did their job well as you don’t without the passion. Anyway, the blinds are up and I come out each morning, press a button and they all open up and let the light in.

I came back this afternoon and it was very warm so I closed those blinds which were letting in the sun and it cooled down quite quickly. They have already been noticed by my neighbours and as I live on a newbuild estate I will be showing them off to all who want to see them.

We received very thorough advice from the sales person who came to our house. He seemed passionate and confident about the blinds he was advising us on. He pointed us to features we had not contemplated. There was a wide range of types of blinds + colours. We love the smaller string holes on our pleated blinds and the string in the colour of the blinds; a tiny feature with quite an impact.

Ordering was easy, we were told a time frame but in the end the blinds were ready to be fitted well ahead of schedule. Excellent communication throughout. The fitter was on time, friendly and fast working.

We have just had our conservatory blinds fitted. I can not recommend this company enough. We were dubious as have had bad experiences in the past with trades, but have to say from the sales to the fit it was a perfect experience. There was no hard sell, the survey was extremely professional and the fitter was lovely and did a terrific job.

We have a 4m x 4m conservatory. The back of the house is open plan, so found that in the winter we have been losing a lot of heat. We decided to try blinds to see if this helped with this problem. We haven't had them fitted a day, we are in the middle of the coldest spell of the year, and already the difference with the heat in our house is massively noticeable.

I felt I had to write this review, I hope it helps other people if they are not sure and are in the same position as we were.
 
We had other quotes from other companies which were ridiculous, almost as much as we paid to have the conservatory built, so when conservatory blinds quoted we were pleasantly surprised. The blinds are lovely, good quality and as we wanted. And as mentioned before, everything from the sell to the fit was as described, extremely professional.

I am happy to say that this will not be our last order from this company, and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

We recently had blinds fitted to the back of our town house, so quite a large area to cover. From start to finish the service was brilliant. Arnaud came out to measure and quote for us. We had no hard sell from him (unlike other companies we had round), which was great. He was polite, and we were very pleased with the quote given to us.

Darren came to fit them in February 2016, and has done a fantastic job. Again, he was very polite, and worked non-stop until the job was done. We are so pleased with the outcome, and that we chose your company over 5 others we had quotes from.

It's good also to give work to a local family run company. We would highly recommend you to everyone. Many thanks for a great job.

First class. Very neat and tidy installation. Our expectations met 100%.

I was really impressed with the friendly fitter who undertook the detailed measurements and fitted our blinds. He explained everything as he went, including the future maintenance of our blinds, provided detailed answers to my questions and, in my opinion, was very honest in his responses. I can fully recommend the excellent quality and workmanship.

Although not the cheapest I felt assured, if a problem occurred, I would not have any issues with this company for repairs. In any event being the cheapest rarely means they are the best! Price is one thing, quality and backup I value far more.

Just to say the blinds look brilliant thank you!  Matt and his colleagues very kindly put my furniture back too which was lovely of them.

We started with a non pushy salesman who knew exactly how the product functioned and took into account what I wanted and explained and advised every step of the way.

The fitter was brilliant, no fuss, no mess and he ensured I was completely happy with the fitting as he proceeded. When he - not me - was not happy with the result at the end he adjusted the blind mechanism so that everything worked perfectly. It was an excellent job, totally customer orientated and an excellent product. I would certainly recommend the company.

The website is clear, easy to navigate and gives you all the information you need with plenty of pictures. There are even price ranges to give an idea of cost. The only picture I couldn't find was of blinds over sliding doors which could be relevant to some people as it was to me.

For me you are a model company that many others could aspire to.

The work was carried out excellently we are very satisfied with the blinds and the way they were fitted, they look lovely. We would definitely use this company again. We had already had two quotes and had almost decided on another supplier but changed our minds when we saw Conservatory Blinds and are so pleased we did.

The thing we particularly like about these blinds is that they go almost into the corners of the windows of the roof unlike all the others we had seen, which have a wider gap.

Earlier this year I ordered blinds for my garden room.  Whilst yours were a little more expensive I have now realised they are worth every penny.  Apart from supporting a British company (which I try to do), and the exemplary service and support from start to finish I have found everything you claimed absolutely true.

• They let in lots of light, but have considerably reduced the temperature in the room.
• At night you can put them down and gain privacy
• They fold up to virtually nothing
• They don't blow around if the doors are open
• The match to my window frames is perfect
