I thought I would write a few lines to give all of your staff a big thank you from two very satisfied and grateful clients.
We had looked at all the leading and well known conservatory blind manufacturers in this country and the more we looked, the more we realised the attention to detail that your company pays to how the blinds look and perform is exactly what we were looking for.
We also are people that like to see what we are buying before we commit to buying. It quickly became apparent that you were the only people who have a showroom where we could view the various products. Most other companies only send their representative to your home with samples of their products. That was not ideal for us.
Fortunately for us your blinds appeared to be precision made, looked impressive and you have a showroom so that we could see what we are buying.
Having spoken to your head office we decided to visit the small showroom at Ewell and then drive on to the main showroom at Ashford on the same day. The visits proved fruitful and very valuable for us. At Ashford we were welcomed by Sean who showed us what we wanted to see and gave us a comprehensive tour explaining all the detail that goes into the manufacture of their blinds.
This led to a visit by Greg Hall who brought samples and working models of what we were interested in and again explained everything perfectly. This led to us placing the order and a subsequent visit by Martin Carroll who surveyed and would also fit the blinds.
Everything went to plan and Martin fitted them perfectly with his attention to detail becoming apparent on completion. We have now lived with our new blinds for several weeks and have benefitted as the sun has been out gloriously so far this year. Had it not been for the blinds the UV degradation to our suite would have been speeded up with the strong sunlight that we have had this year so far.
We are very happy with our blinds and would whole heartedly recommend Conservatory Blinds Ltd to anyone thinking about installing them. From start to finish you are a brilliant team.
