From the initial contact, the process goes at the pace the customer dictates (no pushy sales calls), through to the sales visit and finally the fitting of the blinds. All excellent.

I recently broke a small part on our blinds, submitted a query via email and within minutes received a call with a commitment to provide the part within a week, duly received.

A sadly unusual these days but very satisfying customer service experience.
