Our Factory
We make all of our blinds in our own UK-based factory. We’re very proud of the amount of work we’ve put into our factory, as this means we are able to produce specialised blinds. After Sales Service
After spending money on blinds, you want the reassurance that if any problems occur, you can find help. We offer a 5 year guarantee on our range of pure™ Conservatory Blinds and Duette® Blinds, so you can rest assured that any issues in the first five years will be dealt with by our team of experts.
Alongside this, we offer a range of care and maintenance guides and videos in our customer area, MyBlinds; which is made available to all our customers after installation.
Lowest Price Guarantee
Our Lowest Price Guarantee means that if you receive a lower quotation for the same specification (i.e. same blind range, fabric and number of blinds) then we promise to beat it by up to 10% of the difference. When gathering quotes from different companies, its likely they are offering a different specification to us. This is because usually includes lower quality of fabrics or fewer amount of blinds.
