We’ve taken a lot of steps to make sure that every part of the process from quotation to installation is as stress-free; and easy as possible. We make sure that our sales team is kept up-to-date with the latest products that we sell; and that they use no hard selling techniques when they have a quotation visit
Because our installation team are all salaried employees; we are able to ensure that, in the extreme majority of situations; the fitter who performs the survey for the blinds is also the person who will be installing them. That means that you can have confidence that everything that is highlighted in the survey will be done at installation; by the same person.
