Quotation
When you arrange a quotation with us; your locally-based sales person will be able to provide expert advice about the best blinds for your situation. Whether you’re looking for bespoke conservatory blinds, or a neat horizontal lantern roof blind our experts can help. They can show you a wide range of designs and fabrics; so you can be assured you have the best possible blinds for your home. Our sales team each has years of experience, which means that we can answer all of your questions, however technical.
We believe in giving you all of the information so you can make an informed decision without any pressure. Our experts show you how real blinds work and fit before you buy – not just pretty pictures.
Survey
The survey is arguably the most important step of the entire process. This is where the little details that really make the difference come into play. The surveyor will be able to go through the details of how your blinds will fit; and discuss any small details that will ensure the blinds fit as well as possible.
As all of our survey and installation team are salaried employees. This means they are not working for commission so don’t have to rush to fit as many jobs in a day as possible. They can really take the time to ensure that everything is covered. This is so you have as much information as possible before your blinds are made and fitted.
Installation
When it comes to getting the blinds fitted, we ensure that, in the extreme majority of cases, the person who fits the blinds will be the same person that performed the survey. That way they will be aware of all the little details that were discussed at the survey. This means they will know exactly how the blinds will fit at installation. Again, because our installation team contains no sub-contractors or self-employed fitters, we can really take the time to ensure that the job is properly finished.

The installer will then go through the operation and maintenance of the blinds, so the blinds can be kept in good working condition for years to come.
