At the end of June we attended our second National Homebuilding and Renovating Show at Sandown Park, Surrey, following on from our presence at the show in the NEC in Birmingham earlier this year. This show was only down the road from our head office in Ewell, so it was great to see the familiar faces of some of our past customers.

Despite the sunny weather at the end of June, there was still a large amount of people coming indoors and visiting the show. The show had over 6,000 visitors across the weekend, all keen to gain inspiration for both completed projects and those in the planning stage. It was a great way to showcase our products, allowing visitors to see how our blinds work in practice and speak to our experts directly.

Our stand had working models of three of our most popular blinds, all of which were battery powered to make controlling the blinds a breeze:

First, our pureaspect Gable Blind helped to show first-hand how we have a solution for almost every shape of window, in particular tricky triangular shapes found in gable windows and conservatories. Being able to see the blind first-hand allowed visitors to see how neatly they can retract, while still covering a range of complex shapes when in use.

We also had one of our horizontal lantern roof blinds on display; this style of blind has become more popular because of the increase of lantern roofs being installed in homes and extensions around the UK, and offers a neat way of controlling heat and light with a small amount of blinds.

Lastly, a large battery-powered roller blind showed how our products can transform your home into a modern masterpiece, while also keeping the room comfortable to use all year round.

Conservatory Blinds Limited will be continuing to exhibit at similar shows around the UK this year so make sure to look out for our latest news via our website and social media pages – Facebook | Twitter | Instagram
