For any large purchase such as made-to-measure blinds, you want to make sure that you have peace of mind that you can always get any help with your product should you need it.

We always try and make sure that all of our customers have enough information to keep their blinds looking like new. The Care & Maintenance booklet that is provided at installation gives detailed tips on how to maintain and clean your blinds, and our online Care & Maintenance area MyBlinds lets you troubleshoot any potential issues with technical videos showing you what to do. We can even provide certain spare parts if needed, such as replacement handles or pole tops, should they be needed.
