Delays Possible Due to Weather

Delays Possible Due to Weather

As you may have noticed if you live in certain parts of the country, a large bout of snow and cold weather has hit and is expected to last at least for the next few days - to the point where the MET office has now issued yellow and amber weather warnings for south and eastern England.

The snow and increased risk of ice will naturally have a big effect on the traffic for the next few days, which will also mean that both our sales and installation teams may experience delays when getting to appointments; especially if they're visiting more isolated areas of the country.

We ask that you bear with us through this period of bad weather, as some delays may be unavoidable. Don't forget that the amount of snow varies across different parts of the country, so while it may appear clear where you live, the area that your sales person or fitter is travelling from may be more heavily affected.

We always try to minimise any delays as much as possible, even in weather such as this, and we will always contact you if your appointment may be delayed or needs to be postponed for any reason, keeping you up to date.
