How do I log in to your Customer Area?

In order to log in to our customer area, you need your order number - which can be found on your confirmation of installation form - and the postcode of the property where the blinds have been installed.

If you do not have a confirmation of installation form then you cannot log into our customer area at this time.

Finding your order number
Your order number can be found at the top of your confirmation of installation form, as seen below:

Using the correct Postcode
The postcode you use to log in should be the postcode of the property the blinds have been installed in.

When you enter your postcode into the log in screen, any spaces will be automatically removed. If you copy & paste your postcode in from elsewhere, the space will not be removed and you will not be able to log in. Retype the postcode manually to log in.

For those making a payment: If your billing address postcode is different than the installation address postcode for any reason then you will be able to change it once you have proceeded to our secure payment system.

For most people there is no need to change any information to make a payment.
