Are our blinds the same as Company X?

We do not sell inferior blinds. Our blind ranges are exactly the same as, or superior to any other sold in the UK, including those claimed to be exclusive by others. We are happy to confirm which range is sold by other retailers so that you can make a direct comparison.

Beware of salesmen saying that their blinds are exclusive or those that are vague about vital technical information that prevents you from making an informed comparison. Remember that you are buying a service as well as a product and unless the workmanship of the survey, manufacture and installation is of the highest quality, the "product" is irrelevant. 

How are we able to offer a Price Guarantee?

Because we actually manufacture and install our own blinds we know that we can beat any other genuine retailer quotation - bar none.

Obviously there are many types of blinds and fabric ranges, as well as options on layouts that can affect price, however on a direct comparison we guarantee to always be better value for money.

If you receive a genuinely lower quotation we will beat any price by 10% of the difference.

Do we pressure sell?

Unlike some direct sales companies we simply do not need to pressure sell. 

You may have come across hard-sell tactics traditionally blamed on double-glazing salesmen, however we offer all of the advantages that no other company can compete with and so we don't have to rely on pressure or dishonesty to sell.

Because we don't use pressure-sales tactics, we actually sell more.

How long do we guarantee our blinds?

All of our made-to-measure conservatory blinds installations are fully guaranteed for 5 years, subject to specific blind type.  

This is not an indication of anticipated lifespan. Most blinds will last for at least 10+ years or longer with normal usage. Our Schön 20mm pleated blinds will look like new for years longer than any other because they are truly washable.

Unlike many companies our guarantees are free and do not attract a minimum visit charge like our direct competitors. 

Can we provide an estimate by telephone?

Our quotations normally take a minimum of 20 minutes depending upon complexity and whether you require a great deal of information. If you have not got time for us to visit, just provide us with the following details for an estimate by telephone, fax or e-mail (subject to survey):

• blind type (e.g. Schön 20mm Solar pleated blinds)

• fabric range (e.g. Barley Crush - 7817)

• blind sizes (width x drop in mm)

• specify which blinds are shaped

• method of operation (manual or Somfy® remote control)

Will we pass on your details to others?

We absolutely will not pass on your details to anyone else.

We are simply a blind manufacturer who only wishes to serve your requirements. If you do not wish to proceed with an order for blinds, then that is the last that you will hear of us. If we can help you we will.
