This letter is just to express my thanks as I am so highly delighted with my new blinds. The whole operation from the initial consultation with the gentleman who was extremely helpful when choosing the blinds to the engineer who measured and fitted - in fact the whole procedure from start to finish. 

I have had several things done to my house over the last year and in doing so have dealt with companies and workman etc and I can in all honesty say it is so refreshing to deal with a company who keep appointments/visit when they say they are going to visit etc and make the whole operation a pleasurable one. I ordered samples, ordered the blinds and was quite prepared to wait until the end of January when they were due to be fitted so was delighted that you were able to deliver and fit them on 23rd December.
