Sales - brilliant, good products produce relaxed salesmen! There was no messing about with "special deals", "seasonal offers" and any "further discount for ordering today" that we'd had from other companies, just straight to a good market price and no hard sell. A pleasure to have in our home. We were really pleased he was able to fit our schedule and come early on Saturday.

Fitter was very efficient in getting the measuring done and offered a range of return dates for fitting. He was very tidy in his work and wholly trustworthy to leave in the house when I had to pop out for something. A transcription error meant one of our panels did not fit. There was no mucking about over this; the resolution was swift and costless.

I was initially attracted to your company by the fact that you offered such a wide range of types and manufacturers of blinds on your website, and was in no way disappointed by the reality of the choices on offer when I met your salesman. I found the site very helpful at giving me a clear idea of the options and relative costs. The quality and value of the finished product has also been outstanding.

The telephone contacts I have had with your office have always been friendly, informative, courteous and unpressurising. Any information I have been given has been accurate, and any requests I have made were followed up on efficiently & reliably.

My salesman was an absolute delight. As a person he was immensely likeable and easy to communicate with. He also quickly won my confidence in his expertise, trustworthiness and real commitment to dealing with every aspect of the project as effectively as possible. He turned up reliably for our meetings, listened attentively to my queries and always gave the impression that he was happy to make available to me all the time I needed for us to sort out the details of the job in a pleasant and thorough way. His attitude conveyed the message that his role was to give me information and manage the project, not coerce me in any way, which I found very respectful (and sadly, very unusual). I also always felt that if there were any hiccups at any stage he could be counted on to resolve them promptly and willingly.

As if I hadn't been fortunate enough with my salesman, my installer was everything you could have hoped for in a technician. Again, he was reliable, friendly, respectful, and efficient. He made an excellent job of fitting the blinds, and went the extra mile by thinking up a more effective way of setting the remote in his own time when off. He measured the blinds with hairsbreadth accuracy so that the finished job looks as tailored & streamlined as could possibly be achieved (which pleased me a lot, as little discrepancies really get to me over time). He was also a thoroughly nice person to deal with.

I'm aware this all sounds rather gushing, and if you wanted to use it as a testimonial it sounds as if you've written it yourselves - but I so rarely come across a group of people who fulfil my professional needs so completely that I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation with as much attention to detail as you've put into this project. I usually find some element of frustration, disappointment or stress in most situations where I need a job done, but the whole process of working with you has been a pleasure, and the outcome a complete success.

Please convey my appreciation to all concerned. I hope they have an opportunity to read this.

I'm planning to build a much larger conservatory in the next year or two, and look forward to using your company again. I shall of course recommend you whenever I have an opportunity.
