I wanted to take the opportunity to give a little praise where praise is due regarding Alan McGann.

I had cancelled an appointment with Alan as I had met a local supplier, after meeting two others, and was happy with what they had offered. Alan called just to discuss it and persuaded me that I should just see what Conservatory Blinds had to offer as I would not be getting the best product that was available at a fair price.

It was Alan's conviction in the quality of your products and company that convinced me to rearrange our appointment and resulted in my order with yourselves. It was also that he had a long day and travelled a long way to ensure he could see me so that he could at least show me the products and tell me about the company and then it was me to me, no pressure. I decided to place my order that evening which I would not normally do but I was impressed with what I heard and the manner of his approach.

I look forward to the next stage of the process and to the installation.
