My Blinds - Unique After Sales Care

 

When we complete an installation of conservatory blinds, you will receive a Care & Maintenance booklet which covers the more common questions of ownership, to help you keep your blinds in perfect condition.

However, as the booklet cannot cover every question, and as some answers are better explained with the help of video, we have a unique Customer Area dedicated to the care & maintenance of conservatory blinds called My Blinds.

You can log-in to find helpful 'How-To' guides or follow a troubleshooting process which lets you identify problems and find a solution - with specially created videos and images where needed. We even explain how problems can occur and what you can do to avoid them in the first place.

If for whatever reason the solution can't be found, you can then submit your own photos, along with a brief description of the problem, so we can work on a specific solution.

What this means is that smaller problems can be fixed without even having to contact us, saving you a great deal of time, and possibly the cost of a service call.

Details on how to access the Care & Maintenance area are provided once your blinds have been installed.

No-one else offers this kind of after sales care. Others will leave you with the stark choice of paying for someone to come out, or leaving the problem alone - because their guarantees specifically exclude cover if you have interfered with the blinds.
