Improved Survey Forms

Instead of a combined survey form, we are trialling completely new forms that are segregated into all of the different blind types, as well as separating roof blinds, window blinds and specialist shaped blinds to improve the clarity of information being passed to the factory.

The survey forms also incorporate more technical information as a point of reference, as well as prompts to include some very detailed information, where required.

The way that we measure our blinds is completely different from other companies, as are the technical differences that need to be specified – right down to the wide range of coloured hardware available, so unique survey forms are essential. This is because we actually manufacture the components that go into our blind systems, including many different mounting profiles and rails designed specifically for UK conservatories.

This is even more relevant when it comes to remote control conservatory blinds because we have our own unique control systems with so many different options. It is essential that your installer can specify exactly what is required – because the entire system is completely bespoke for your specific conservatory.

These new survey forms will take some getting used to, so there will be a transition period while we adapt, but they will be a huge asset in further improving our service and quality of manufacture, as well as reducing the risk of any errors to an absolute minimum – potentially saving return visits.
