Introducing a New Way to Pay for your Blinds
When buying conservatory blinds from us, we want to make sure that you have total peace of mind every step of the way, including paying for your blinds once they are fitted.
That's why we're very happy to introduce a new way of paying for our blinds, via our online payment system.
All you need to do is print off your confirmation from WorldPay and pass it to your installer, along with your signed installation form.
Paying online will also allow us to process payments faster without having to contact our main office, which also means that we can accept payments outside of normal office hours, leading to a greater flexibility in the times when we can install your conservatory blinds.
We will only ever ask you to make your payment once your blinds have been fully fitted. This way you can know for sure that you are paying for the product you want, and that we can make sure you're satisfied with your blinds before you pay. This is in contrast to some of the direct sales companies, who will not even start to fit the blinds until payment is made.
Also unlike the Direct Sales Companies we don't charge any additional fees for paying by credit card, as we feel that you should have the option to have the additional security paying by credit card provides, at no extra cost. Check our most common comptetitors and you will find that they charge up to an extra 2.5% more than they quoted you, if you want to pay by credit card!
We'll start rolling out online payments next week, with just a small number of installations to start with, followed by a full company-wide introduction the week after. Even when it has been implemented you can still pay by phone, if you prefer, during office hours (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm).
