Conservatory Blinds Gallery Revamped

Although the current design of our web site is only a few months old, we have revamped our conservatory blinds image gallery so that it is easier for people to use.

Up until now we have used a drop down menu so that you select different filters and view conservatory blinds by specific blind ranges. We have changed this so that you do not need to decide what exact range of blinds you want to view, but instead can choose one of 3 different ways of viewing the images:

Conservatory Shape
You can select the conservatory shape most similar to your own and see all of the different blinds available to get a much better idea of how they all might look in your conservatory.

Blind Type
Instead of having to select an exact blind range, you can now just select the basic blind type. But once you have done this you can still see the exact blind range you want, by clicking on a link in the image.

Advanced Search
Simply tick the type of images you want to see, or even search for a specific word and see those images.

But that’s not all…
We have also redesigned the way that you can view each image. If you want to, you can simply click “Next” on each image to see the next one, so that you don’t have to click on any specific image.

The next (and hopefully final) stage of our redesign will be to update the actual images themselves. There are too many images in the gallery, with many starting to show their age, so we will be reducing the quantity of images in total (to just about 1,000) so that there is a good mixture of good quality images.

You will even be able to see images that are from the same conservatory, as well as specific pages where you can see the images in isolation.

Obviously all of this is going to take some time, but will be well worth it, to help make our conservatory blinds image gallery easier to use, as well as the leading resource of conservatory blinds images in the UK, so if you have any ideas on how we can improve our web site, please let us know.
