What to Expect When You've Placed an Order
If you've decided to have a free quotation with one of our conservatory blinds experts, and have then decided to buy blinds from us, the process after that is relatively simple.
Within a week we will process your order and send you a confirmation letter. It's within this first week that you can also cancel your order if you wish and receive a full refund. This is also when we issue the order to our factory to make sure that the fabrics are reserved or ordered specially if needed.
The most important part of this process is the survey. This is when we send out the fitter to measure and assess your conservatory, point out any technical details, and make sure you get exactly what you've ordered from your blinds. It's this assessment that allows us to make your blinds exactly to specification, so that we can have the neatest fitting blinds possible.
After the survey it will take 2-3 weeks for your blinds to be made in our factory, and then the fitter will install them for you. Once the blinds are installed he will talk you through their operation, and the best way to care for them, as well as give you a Care & Maintenance Pack if you haven’t requested an Annual Maintenance Service.
After your blinds have been fitted we will send you a full invoice and we also try and follow-up your installation at a later date to assure that you are satisfied with the blinds.
