Customer Feedback from Weybridge in Surrey

We received some lovely feedback from Weybridge in Surrey, on Saturday, from someone with a new build property that required high quality window shading. 

The person in question is a high-profile graphic designer with a very keen eye on the aesthetics and form, requiring experienced design advice and attention to detail – exactly suited to our Special Projects Team.

The customer had this to say from our initial visit:

Just a quick note to say John and Garry left a short while ago after installing two of the three blinds ordered. At the risk of sounding like a testimonial, I really do think they look great, simple and clean. Well worth the time spent in choosing. The rail for the third one is in place, and John said he would pop back when the blind is ready. 

We then went round and they measured for more in other rooms. John and Garry were great. Garry suggesting options and technical details to get over some of the spaces. He was also very precise about specs and what he wanted when asking John to write things down. Really very refreshing when I think about (fortunately) a minority of trades and attitudes we have had on site over the months.

As you can see, we are using the initial blinds as a way of demonstrating the transformation possible, which offers a benchmark for designing the remaining blinds for their home. This may take a little longer, but it provides a well thought out approach that always guarantees perfect results.
