We have added an item about Interest Free Credit to our Frequently Asked Questions in response to a customer question about whether it is always available on all blind ranges and all orders.

Is Interest Free Credit (0% APR) available on all blinds and with all orders?

The answer is - most, but not all. Unfortunately it is not available on every single blind range and literally all orders, but Interest Free Credit is available on our most popular conservatory blinds ranges, excluding promotional fabrics from our End of Batch or Factory Direct Service.

Because Interest Free Credit costs us a great deal of money, we can only afford to offer it on blinds that we design and manufacture completely in-house.

This EXCLUDES promotional fabrics that have been reduced by over 33% discount, as well as any extremely complex or inaccessible installations, simply because the extra cost of credit could mean that we actually lose money on your order.

Although our Interest Free Credit Calculator allows you to fill in any amounts and you would like and read the possible repayment periods, the actual Repayment Term (the period over which you can spread the cost) is entirely subject to your order (type and number of blinds, as well as the value of the order, whether there are any special access requirements, and whether the fabrics have already been discounted).

All applications for Consumer Credit are subject to credit checks and the Terms & Conditions of Hitachi Capital Finance but, in broad terms, you or your partner need to be aged 18+, in full-time paid employment, be resident in the UK for at least 12 months (and will continue your residency) as well as have a bank account able to pay by direct debit.
