Contracts Manager Vacancy

Due to the growth in sales of our conservatory blinds we are urgently seeking to recruit an additional Contracts Manager based within our offices in Ewell, near Epsom in Surrey. 

Ideally we are looking for someone who is an experienced customer services professional, with excellent telephone manner, numeracy and written skills, as well as a highly organised approach to managing their workload. 

This important position requires constant planning and liaison with our Installation Team, Factory and customers, to ensure that all orders are progressed correctly and on time.

The successful applicant will need to have experience of Microsoft Office and working with databases, as well as communicating professionally in writing, both by post and email. They will also need to visualise 3D conservatories from 2D drawings and have a technical appreciation for what is involved. 

We rarely recruit for new positions, and this is an urgent vacancy, so this is an outstanding opportunity to work for a locally-based, family-owned business that happens to be the market leading national company.
