Custom Coloured Rails

Our bespoke finishing facility includes custom coloured rails using powder coating, as opposed to wet spraying rails using cellulose paint that is far less durable, like other companies.

But only aluminium can be powder coated, which still leaves the small plastic components, which we normally recommend as being one of our 8 standard colours: White, Brown, Black, Grey, Green, Cream, Parchment and Golden Oak.

However, if the custom rail colour selected is too different from these colours then we can wet spray these UPVC components to colour-coordinate with the rails, as they are a very small part of the blinds.

Despite using advanced etching primers and plastic paints, the finish will not be durable compared to the original dye injected components:

End caps (at the end of each rail)
Cover strip on the moving rail
Bushes (through which cords and wires run)
Cordlocks (the operational control on freehanging blinds)
