Record March Sales at Conservatory Blinds Limited

With today still to go, March 2011 has already resulted in record sales for Conservatory Blinds Limited. Our total sales of conservatory blinds are 40% higher than last year and some 10% higher than our previous record year of 2007.

Despite this, the actual number of orders placed is no higher. Even if you take into account the increased costs, people are clearly buying more blinds and certainly more remote control conservatory blinds.

Part of the reason for this will be the sunny weather we have had since the end of February where people have realised that their conservatory needs blinds. But also we are all increasingly aware that the property market is going to remain very stagnant and that we are going to stay in our current houses, so we should make them more comfortable.

Irrespective of the above, we are extremely pleased to have posted record sales in March 2011 and look forward to continuing this trend throughout the year.
