Spain Win World Cup - Conservatory Blinds Installer Wins Sweepstake

With Spain winning the World Cup Final against the Netherlands, the Conservatory Blinds Limited Sweepstake was won by one of our conservatory blinds installers in West Sussex.

However as the teams were all drawn at random and with only a pound stake from everyone who entered, he is not considering retiring yet as his total winnings are just £22.

For the record, one of the Sales Team in Buckinghamshire also won £10 with the Netherlands coming second (and he kindly donated it to the Race for Life).

Interestingly, unlike the last World Cup in 2006, our enquiries and sales for conservatory blinds and patio awnings have remained very strong during this period, if not at the time of the actual matches being played.

Presumably we must thank the hot summer for much of this, especially in letting conservatory owners realise that the high performance solar glass often fitted nowadays is no substitute for genuine conservatory blinds.
