Conservatory Blinds Sales Vacancy

Due to our continued growth we have a rare vacancy in our Sales Team for someone based in the Wakefield, West Yorkshire area - serving the surrounding counties.

Unlike the direct sales companies selling conservatory blinds, we very rarely recruit new staff unless we are certain that they will have a good level of work, without diluting the work of our existing salespeople - perhaps this is one of the reasons why they stay with us for so many years.

Even with past experience of working in the blinds industry it can take many months for someone to reach a genuinely high level of performance because of the misleading information and half-truths that seem to be trained into sales people nowadays, all of which needs to be "unlearned" over time.

For this reason we provide ongoing support and technical training in every single respect, including factory based experience, sales guidance, in-depth product training and time with our installation team. With direct access to all disciplines you can learn the trade properly and be much more successful as a consequence.
