The latest winner of our conservatory blinds feedback award is a Mr C from High Wycombe, who sent us an email after having an experience with our after-sales service.
The customer's blinds were originally bought back in 2006, and after over 10 years of usage he had a problem with a missing part. Although these blinds were out of our standard 5-year guarantee period, the experts at our factory were still able to work out what part he needed from photos he had sent and send him out a replacement so that he could fix the blind himself.
After receiving his spare parts and fixing the blind, he sent in these comments to us as a thank you:
