Are your blinds inferior to your competitors?
We have heard that salespeople from a certain company occasionally tell customers that our blinds are inferior and that we use fabrics that are "seconds" or are their "rejects".
This is wholly untrue and extremely underhand - presumably because the saleperson wishes to put you off buying your blinds from us.
We do not use seconds. Seconds are fabrics that are sold cheaper by the supplier because they have flaws in them that need to be cut around, so creating a lot more waste.
Our blinds utilise the highest quality components, rails and fabrics available in Europe. We supply and install the widest choice of different blind systems in the UK and each range is manufactured and fitted to the same high standard, regardless of price.
If you are in any doubt as to the truth behind any such comments from another company, we would suggest that you ask them to put it in writing.
