How long is your guarantee?

Our made-to-measure conservatory blinds have a 5 year guarantee.

Unlike most companies our guarantee includes labour and parts for the full 5 years and does not exceed the guarantee offered by the suppliers.

Our budget blind ranges have a 12 month guarantee (because this is the guarantee offered by the fabric manufacturers). End of range fabrics are excluded (because we could not replace the fabric).Obviously any guarantee relies on the blinds being operated correctly and cared for.

We also offer an optional service where we check and "service" your blinds every year (at extra cost) which is strongly recommended for remote control installations. Click here for further details.
