Do you sell DIY blinds?

We do sell Velux blinds which are ready-made to fit each window type as well as Perfect Fit blinds within a frame, but we do not recommend DIY blinds for conservatories.

If you are contemplating measuring and fitting your own blinds (particularly if they are shaped or roof blinds) then we would recommend that you plan it very well in advance and discuss this with us.

There are so many variables for measurements to be wrong, and the slightest error can make all the difference. Most customers decide that the risk is too great compared to the small cost saving of having them professionally measured and fitted.

Part of the service that we offer in surveying and installing blinds is our experience in knowing "what works and what doesn't" in certain situations, especially as the quality and construction of conservatories have changed over the years.

Please be aware that many web-based retailers have little or no experience of conservatories at all, depsite their claims to the contrary. Moreover, most of the very cheapest blinds sold as being "conservatory blinds" are not really designed for the job, so if you are considering DIY blinds please be very careful.
