I am pleased to report that I am very satisfied with my blinds and the whole sales and installation procedure. All dates and times set were met.

The salesman was most obliging and not at all "pushy", especially in the light of the fact that I was changing my mind as I went along seeing and thinking of other options and products, which the salesman was happy to discuss with me in full.

I set out wanting verticals but in the end decided on pleated, all round, totally my decision but what I was being shown. Yes, twice as expensive but the end result is very pleasing and I am in no doubt that I made the correct decision.

I would also add that of the three companies I had to call, Greg was the only one who seemed to accept that I would not give him a decision on the day of his calling because I was obtaining further estimates, accepting this was a sensible course.

The installer Stuart, was also very pleasant and worked quickly and cleanly.

In all I am most satisfied with Conservatory Blinds and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to install blinds.

This is our second purchase of blinds from yourselves and we dealt with the same people each time. I contacted Greg directly myself when we wanted these blinds installed in our new home as he was very efficient the last time we purchased from you.

Greg was very responsive calling the next day and honest with the pricing details and applied no pressure for me to buy or not to buy on the day of survey. This I found most important in making my choice as well as the quality of the product. I also appreciate the willingness to do a bit of a deal when I finally decided to buy about a week after his visit.

Stuart came to measure and install the blinds in a very efficient manner and was polite, quick and we were impressed with the completed job.

Both Arnaud and Darren were a delight to deal with. An excellent quality and expensive looking product that looks good and does the job perfectly.

I had made a thorough research of what kind of blinds I wanted and needed in my newly constructed conservatory. The aim was not to shut out sunlight but was to give me the opportunity of both privacy and any welcome reduction in solar gain during anticipated hot summer months and some better insulation in the winter as my new acquisition was to be a year round use.

These were the practical issues and I thought, like most people, I wanted them to be aesthetically suitable and economical although my last consideration was cost.

I mention cost lastly as I had viewed many products which looked reasonable and the cost was shall we say, economic but on closer inspection I felt that I would sacrifice quality. 

The company, Conservatory Blinds Limited was invited to my house to provide a quotation.

As the building’s roof was not straightforward, and was of a ‘hipped’ construction with several small triangle shapes I was concerned that any blinds fitted may not be tailored and might look slightly pedestrian?

All my concerns were allayed virtually instantly on arrival of the surveyor. Not only was the gentleman thoroughly knowledgeable about the product but his ease of delivery and reassurance about fitting times and processes gave me a very comfortable feeling.

The price I was quoted reflected quality and I have to admit it was rather more than I expected to pay but again, the Company offered me 10 months interest free payments and when I saw the blinds fitted I knew my judgement was sound.

Like many things in life, you really only get what you are prepared to pay for and I got it, quality. Everyone who visits my home makes comments on the blinds and how nice they look. They all state that they must have cost me a lot of money to which I reply, “why pay for a product that I may have to change several times due to either a poorer quality or a product that I was not really satisfied with, when I can have what I want, which is quality and in the long run will prove to be value for money?”

We would just like to say how very pleased we were with the service we received from both our salesman and fitter, who had the unpleasant job of installing the blinds in the heat of the midday sun!!!
